Vendors are welcome as exhibitors as long as
the content is suitable for
family visitors. You need to display a tax certificate at
your booth.
In Addition to the booths of the Sponsors, there will be booths
will be available to be rented for the 2 days of the Expo to
Non-sponsors on a reserved basis. These booths will be given their
location based on the date of reservation after assigning the most
prime spots on the floor for the Sponsors. Price includes a
table and 2 chairs & electric service. If you want table covers, carpet or
electrical cords or power strips, you need to bring them. Set up will be
Thursday, October 19th and a time will be assigned to you based on
location assigned. Break down begins at 6 PM on October 21st
&
booths must be emptied by10 PM.
